BRICS AND MULTIPOLAR N.W.O.? A CHILDREN’S FAIRY TALE IN A WORLD OF REAL PROXY WARS
After more than two and a half centuries of liberalist and anti-liberalist rhetoric, both daughters of the Industrial Revolution-born in England beginning in the mid-18th century and then asserting itself powerfully in Germany in the second half of the 19th-and especially after the entry of the big business bourgeoisie, both industrial as well as financial and merchant bourgeoisie into the chambers of power-exodus born in France at the end of the 18th century, thanks to the Revolution (which was a well-planned upper-class coup and not the affirmation of the principle of self-determination of peoples and the emancipation of man from servitude to the aristocratic and absolutist political power willed by God; as, on the other hand, the official narrative wants and the history books still fabulate), we have come to the end of the line because of Globalization.
The problem posed by the epochal systemic crisis we are experiencing is the natural consequence of an ideological self-consciousness child of those who ended up believing its own propaganda based on the mythologizing of an economy centered on unbridled capitalist-style liberal mercantilism, that is, its humanized version for the few by Marxism.
For few because whether it is state-owned or not matters little since the fundamental problem is the pursuit of surplus-value that is realized, always and in any case, by a form of exploitation of the other, an exploitation that is either ideally ousted from the patri borders and only exported (Marxism), or understood as permissible , likewise always and in any case, even at home (mercantile neoliberalism).
There has never been a real alternative to capitalism, and the systemic-and not merely economic-crisis that we are experiencing globally is the trivial, but no less dramatic, result of the short-sightedness and short-sightedness of those who, in order to maximize their surplus value, have brought into the circle of the haves even those who were once confined to that of the exploited.
Why do I say this ? Because fair trade liberalism in the homeland means only that exploitation has been exported elsewhere so that when globalization involved the exploited of yesteryear in the game as well, the stage collapsed without almost anyone realizing it in time and those who did realize it could find no strategy other than trying to turn back the clocks to the good old days.
Put another way, the global Proxy War in which we find ourselves sees the confrontation primarily of China and the United States both grappling with two fundamental objectives:
- defining each other’s spheres of influence-something that goes through a whole series of regional conflicts such as those currently taking place in Ukraine and the Middle East
- the creation in said areas of influence of two de facto feudal mirror power structures that would ensure the garrisoning of the borders of each other’s areas of influence and the control and exploitation of them for their exclusive benefit. In concrete terms, for the United States, the area of influence of choice should naturally coincide with the entire West, and for China with the Global South, two areas garrisoned, respectively, for the United States thanks to NATO and for China by the BRICS: so much for multipolar N.W.O.!
And that things were proceeding in this direction could be inferred many years ago from simple facts. It was the year 2021 when I made this simple observation dated Jan. 10, which I absent-mindedly posted on Facebook titled “The Novel Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact: THE WASHINGTON-PEKINGTON AXIS IS BORN -Restricted time for response from Moscow and the EU.”
In it it read, “Biden, the newly elected U.S. president, has begun forming his Cabinet team, which immediately sees the financial giant Blackrock well placed with no less than three of its former executives in the key roles of Chief Economist (Pyle), Director of Economic Advisers (Deese), Deputy Secretary of the Treasury (Deese). The new Secretary of State, Blinken, is known to have enriched himself by consulting for Facebook, the U.S. fund Blackstone and the French investment bank Lazard, and it is not difficult to understand what Biden’s political and geopolitical project is if one only considers what Blackrock, Blackstone, Lazard are all about : variously lending money to the world, selling vaccines and controlling information.
Needless to be scandalized !
In the States, lobbying is not a mystery but the practice. The Biden-Trump clash is also between two lobbying visions of the role of the States in the world: the traditionally imperialist interventionist one (Biden) and the imperialist one (Trump), which for us Europeans do not change the subservient relationship one iota except on one aspect: the imperial vision assumes that the fiefdoms (us) pay handsomely to be …. “defended.” A form of active subservience that Trump, the beloved Trump of our populists who myopically deluded themselves into thinking he was some sort of liberator, has pursued in every way by stimulating the populist nationalist right-wingers of the Old Continent to push on local governments to oppose any non-bank integration within the EU that could make the EU itself a geopolitically strong and autonomous power both politically and economically, as well as militarily as it is accreditable among the nuclear powers by incorporating the French arsenal.
Incidentally, this is where Trump’s support for Brexit stemmed from, given that it made its nuclear arsenal and Commonwealth support bases unavailable to potential United States of Europe: other than the little stories flaunted to the four winds by Fusaro and sovereignist movements in general.
In this sense, the coming to Europe, and in particular to Germany at the Brandenburg Gate, of JFK’s grandson, with his call for the peoples of Europe to rebel against the (in his view) pro-pharmaceutical lobby and blatantly vaccinationist health dictatorship of the European Chancelleries all, had no other intent than to leverage what could at that moment be useful to the U.S., and certainly not to us, in order to undermine the Franco-German project, sealed with the signing of the Treaty of Aachen, of strong European integration, albeit with all the design limitations and inconsistencies of the moment.
With Biden, the occupation of European soil continues and most likely the new tenant of the White House on this strategic aspect would also be in favor, from a contingent financial point of view, to make the Trumpian strategy his own since, if implemented, Trump’s plan, in addition to freeing up several economic resources, would consolidate NATO’s role by sheltering it from any criticism for many decades to come.
It is one thing to spend billions to occupy, quite another to act to get “allies” to be led by vassals who are not only unfavorable to the creation of a politically and militarily integrated EU but who, for sum, agree to pay to be militarily occupied and politically colonized.
The problem for Biden is that leaning on these European populist nationalist right-wingers (à la Salvini, Le Pen and his European acolytes, just to make a point) would entail having to lean on them at home as well, something that the lobbies that brought him to the US presidency would frown upon because the second Trumpian strategic goal aimed at countering globalization by bringing back to the homeland American companies that have relocated their headquarters elsewhere, and first and foremost to China, for obvious reasons among which one out of all is fundamental: if you do not produce the wealth that the tertiary sector redistributes you eventually live on debt and go into default (if Italy in Europe is kept afloat it is only because its default would bring down the Euro).
What about China in all this?
China’s reaction to the assault on Capitol Hill, its emphasis on how decisive and less liberal “containment” action is essential at times to safeguard “democracy,” speaks volumes about its support for the anti-Trump philosophy. By that Trump was in fact aiming for a new Cold War, this time precisely with Beijing, to make it the geopolitical foothold on which to leverage in order to induce U.S. companies based in China, to begin with but not only, to return home, that is, to initiate a generalized process of meaningful return from this globalization that penalizes the entire West and benefits only India and the People’s Republic of China.
Golden bridges then to Biden as well from Beijing!
The scenario on the horizon is that of a U.S.-China globalist duopoly , an undeclared Washington-Beijing axis, to which we Europeans would have to respond quickly by creating one with Moscow to balance the balance of power, but to accomplish this would require moving to a highly integrated EU structure. Will the European Chancelleries understand this? I doubt it: too many prima donnas, too much political myopia and presbyopia, and too much widespread ignorance among the people.
There would be, however, in my opinion, a road that could unblock the situation and instantly change the opinion of the masses: the veering of the ECB into a full-fledged Central Bank of a Federal State that, as such, would move to 100 percent virtualize the Euro and to pour in the money needed to support all European citizens and companies in crisis in exchange for only one thing: the definition by the member states of economic reconversion projects, to begin with, aimed at absorbing the human resources freed by the covid-related crisis through bankruptcy.
A good signal in this regard could come from Italy if a Draghi-led technical government of national solidarity were formed here, which, aware that Italy:
- no longer has heavy industry,
- b) no industrial plan,
- c) has no raw materials,
- d) has no energy sources,
- e) lacks an energy plan,
- f) has abdicated research in the area of innovation due to the breakdown of its education system including university education,
- g) has a production system based on SMEs that are mostly … unproductive, antiquated in terms of production processes and management (which makes them mostly bankrupt)
- h) has an excessive imbalance towards the tertiary sector in addition to being burdened by a dependence on foreign countries for 13% of its GDP ( that’s how much the weight of tourism amounts to)
make choices that would lead it, working against the trend, to focus on a re-evaluation of all agricultural policies, of those specific to the livestock sector and the industries that process its products, to this end aiming to support the conversion of the entire sector of uncompetitive SMEs into consortiums or real S.p.A.’s of the sector (including state-owned companies ) and at the same time launching plans for basic research that aim to create poles of true excellence while waiting for the sanctification and reform of the primary sector of innovation.
This would need to be accompanied by the launching of projects that would concretely lead to the environmental redevelopment of entire areas of the national territory that, today, are not only unproductive, but constitute blank promissory notes honored in debt to cope with-not to cope with-the seasonal and now endemic problems related to never resolved risk factors such as, for example, those related to the hydrogeological instability of the territory .
A separate chapter is energy, which I would gladly see turning to nuclear power by starting the rapid construction of thermonuclear fission plants in the expectation that fusion ones can be built, all to implement a plan to emancipate the country from foreign countries and constitute itself as, a source in rapid time, of real savings in economic terms.
But of course for this the people currently on the stage of national politics are completely unsuitable as they have neither knowledge nor skills, let alone the necessary expertise.
Not to mention charisma and credibility in the international arena so that a step back would be desirable: will they do it ?”
And we have reached May 21, 2024, which followed a whole series of momentous upheavals and, as far as Italy is concerned, an Atlanticist volte-face by Draghi and an equally shameful and anti-European one by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
After all, it didn’t take much to come to understand the trends at hand: it would have been enough to simply observe the facts.
And now? And now all that remains is to read with a bitter smile the following: a little story passed off as an official statement and as such a fake news.
Nonetheless, I propose it because, beyond the source, it highlights a certain way of thinking that is more widespread than people believe, right or wrong, given that ours is, however you want to put it, a society that lives by the creation as well as the creation and dissemination of false needs, all the more so in the case of countries whose economic base is the tertiary sector.
′′A cyclist is a disaster for the country’s economy: he doesn’t buy cars or borrow money to buy cars. He does not pay for insurance policies. He doesn’t buy fuel, he doesn’t pay to subject his car to necessary maintenance and repair. He does not use paid parking spaces. It does not cause major accidents. He does not require multi-lane highways. He does not become obese. Healthy people are not needed or useful to the economy. They do not buy medicine. They don’t go to hospitals or doctors. They add nothing to the country’s GDP. On the contrary, each new McDonald’s outlet creates at least 30 jobs, in fact it makes 10 cardiologists, 10 dentists, 10 dieticians and nutritionists work, in addition, of course, to the people who work in the outlet itself.”
Choose carefully: a cyclist or a McDonald’s? It’s worth thinking about.
PS: Walking is even worse. Pedestrians do not even buy a bicycle.
Sometimes the bitterest truths come with a smile.
